"The Blue Pete" - a beautiful luxury home located in the exclusive custom home section of the private and serene Pointe West Community. This beachfront, vacation home is ready for making memories and is THE closest front row beach home to the Pointe West Beach Club allowing you to be pool or beachside within minutes.
Offering over 3500 sq. feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bath. The main living area offers a open floor plan that connects the living, dining, & kitchen together. Soak in the direct gulf views from the living area or walk out onto the spacious balcony overlooking the gulf. There is a huge downstairs shaded entertainment space with built in bar. Perfect for hosting, grilling, playing cornhole or watching the kids enjoy the outdoor yard space. Post your vacation fun on social media with high-speed internet or relax on the sofa and enjoy a movie. In the cooler months, relax with a glass of wine or a best seller by the fireplace. Hungry? Get ready to be the family chef in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Dine indoors or al fresco!
Accommodating 15 guests with a king bed in the En-suite master, a queen bed in guest rooms 2, 3 & 4 and the 5th bedroom offers fun bunks for the kids, (1 set is a twin over a full, the other a twin over twin). All bedrooms have a smart TV except the bunk room. In addition, there is a Flex room offering a full-size futon bed & a queen air mattress.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our beach, by far the best on the island! You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston attractions.
RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.
The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

Summary: This was a beautiful, well-equipped home in an excellent location. It was so easy to get to the beach. We enjoyed peaceful sunsets on the beach and some of us got up to watch the sunrise on the back patio. Lots of room for a large group. We hope to come back again!

Summary: This house was just lovely! The decor was so beautiful, it was well-appointed and had everything we needed (including all kitchen and bathroom amenities) and was very spacious. The location was perfect with a spectacular view of the ocean. And the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

Summary: This home is quite spacious! And it is extremely well supplied, down to Tide Free laundry detergent! The home has an excellent location - near the boardwalk to the beach, as well as close to the Point West Resort for swimming pools, billiards and exercise equipment, and a grill and bar to supply one with food and drink - all of which our family utilized. We especially enjoyed sitting on the home's back deck while enjoying the ocean waves and cooling breeze. And everyone loved having their own bedroom with TV and bathroom. It was a lovely vacation in the Blue Peter! One small caveat is that the master bathroom mirror is completely hazy - left, right and center - something that cleaning will not rectify.

Summary: This is a beautiful house and was perfect for myself, my daughter, my granddaughter and my two small great grands. If you have never used a convection stove I would suggest the owner/ managers supply written instructions. Also the floor mirror in the master bedroom should be secured especially if there's children in your party. We look forward to staying at this beautiful home again.

Summary: Everything was great! The home was clean, well appointed, spacious and ideally located to the club and beach. The property manager was amazing. The 4 bedrooms that were separate from the primary bedroom had an adjoining game room / living area that was ideal for our adult kids and grandkids. The expansive back deck had amazing views of the beach and was fully equipped with eating and sitting areas. An amazing property!

Summary: We made the journey with 11 people ranging in age from 4-83. We can’t say enough as to how this property met any and all expectations from the advertising. Responses were almost immediate and check in/out instructions were easy and well listed. Access to the beach and club…. I’ll just say we were “front row”! This home is spacious, super clean and wonderfully furnished and decorated. We highly recommend this property!
